Condition monitoring system

Vibration DAQ has been developed to be used as modular on-line simultaneous vibration data acquisition hardware. It is used for condition monitoring of large rotating machinery like gas and steam turbines. This device accepts all vibration and sound signals as input. All inputs are sampled synchronously. The data generated after preprocessing and applying the digital filter with linear phase are sent to the computer in packets. In computer analyzer software apply various processing function on data. These functions like envelope, banded frequency spectrum, Cepstrum, orbit, frequency spectrum, polar plot generate necessary information of machine status. Expert user uses this information to identify possible machine faults.
